The story
Medical Plus needed a website patients could trust — clear departments, real doctors, transparent services — in a sector where confusing websites literally cost people time they don't have.
The challenge
Hospital sites juggle dozens of departments, specialist profiles and service pages. Most bury the one thing every visitor wants: 'find my doctor, book an appointment.' It had to work flawlessly in Arabic and English reading orders.
The solution
Department-first information architecture with doctor profiles two taps from the homepage, a persistent appointment action, and a calm visual language — whitespace, soft color, no alarmist imagery.
