ESCOP

The story

ESCOP makes ONSSA-certified natural supplements — spirulina, moringa, maca, ashwagandha — for a market that shops on Instagram, pays cash on delivery, and switches between French, Arabic and Darija in a single conversation. The store had to feel as premium as the product and as local as the customer.

The challenge

Supplement e-commerce is drowning in identical template stores. ESCOP needed three hard things at once: a cinematic brand experience that justifies premium pricing, a genuinely trilingual storefront — including true right-to-left Arabic, not a flipped layout — and guidance for customers who don't know which supplement they actually need.

The solution

A headless build: WordPress and WooCommerce run the catalogue and checkout, while a custom Vue storefront delivers the experience — full-screen product cinematics, express checkout tuned for cash on delivery, and free-shipping mechanics. On top of it, two AI layers: a 'Conseiller' that interviews the customer in eight steps and composes a personalized supplement routine, and a Claude-powered assistant that answers in French or Moroccan Darija and recommends the right product.
